Waiver and release: In accepting entry into this tournament, I hereby
for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release
any and all rights for claims for damages against St. Albans Handball Assoc.
Inc., and the City of New York, all events sponsors their agents, successors,
or assignees, for any and all injuries I may incur during said tournament.
I also grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs,
motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate
purpose. I will not enter and participate unless I am medically able, and
